Customer Ratings & Reviews

Great refurbished product, with barely any blemishes. Charged the battery and was setting up and using after 1 hour. Delivered quickly in time as was quoted. Very happy with the quality and price!! Would consider purchasing other refurbished Apple products from BestBuy in the future. Definitely recommend to anyone interested in less expensive quality Apple products. Thank you very much!!!

Nice MacBook, is fasts, complete and easy to install and easy to use

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. It looks brand new and seems to be working perfectly!

I wish I had read the reviews and did a little more research in ny haste to purchase this and get it shipped to my daughter at college. I thought I was getting a great deal “Geek Squad Certified Refurbished” but as many others have mentioned, the charger that was sent with the laptop was incorrect! I chatted with tech-support as well as called and spoke to someone and basically was told “oh well that’s what happens sometimes and there is nothing they can or will do. The options offered to me were to return the item to Best Buy to see if they can exchange it or just give me a refund. Obviously this is not acceptable because my daughter is away at college and I believe he said 13 days from the day I received it to even do this. So now I have to purchase and ship a new charger, which is not horrible, it’s just an inconvenience. Will definitely be more diligent next time.I hope the laptop actually works!

They sent wrong charger so we have no idea how it operates as we have to find a charger that will fit. They do not carry in store and they cant help.in store.

Perfect condition as described.Delivery was timely. Would buy refurbished again

Works great, no issues. Had a little dirt on it but wiped it right off everything else looked brand new aside from a bit of dirt. Was just what my college kid needed

I bought this laptop for my son to use at College. He’s had no problems navigating the operating system, syncing it to his phone, or streaming movies. I think it’s a great investment for any college student who needs a device.

This Macbook looks and functions just like a new one at a fraction of the cost. I couldn't be more pleased and I plan to purchase more refurbished Apple products from Best Buy.

Laptop is refurbished but works well. Recommend it.

A little nervous about buying a refurbished laptop, but my daughter is using it at college and it works just as well as her previous MacBook Air. And Setting it up was easy!

Thanks I've been easy to me make my order on my granddaughter's college

This the first MacBook I have ever owned. So the price was right for me. I am very happy with this purchase.

Nice computer, like new. Did not come with new charging cord.

Best Mac I ever purchase, never had any issues and very cheap

The laptop was fine but the service was horrible. They order a 2023 and they sent a 2017 they told me to take it to a store to exchange it and they send in a week they would send me the right one. It came but they sent me the wrong charger and told me to take it back to the store and all I ask for was a 100 dollar gift card and they said no

I love my MacBook Air . It has made doing homework so easy for me . Best investment I ever made

Works amazingly, very happy with this purchase!!!!
