Love the speed and the battery life , went from a 6s to this love it .

This is the best I phone on the barber for a good reason.... it rocks!!!!! I will never, ever go back to team Android. This i phone is life!!! There are so many features, I don’t even know where to start. If you are in the Market for a quality phone that does everything except wash your dishes ace do your laundry, this is it!!

Love my new iPhone, I upgraded from my iPhone X XS max and i can instantly tell its faster without running Benchmark. I love the fact that it is a larger screen plus a faster processor because as a professional photographer and cinematographer, having a great quality phone with an amazing camera is essential for taking photos or editing on the fly in LR mobile. This camera is also great for BTS shooting since it does shoot at 4K 60. I now can finally go a whole day without needing a charge plus the USBc charger is a night and day power source when you need a quick charge with right block, only reason why i gave this a 4 is bec Apple didn't put some sort of finger print ID to unlock since face id is useless in Covid times. It wont unlock wearing a mask obviously so you will have to enter your pin to unlock some wearing your mask. Lastly, no charging cube ?? Seriously Apple?? Do better!! This phone isn't cheap to not have one included!!

The new iPhone 12 Pro Max is the best iPhone I have ever had! It is larger than my XR was, but it still fits in my hand. The square edges makes it easy to hold. The phone does not slip out of your hand. The graphite color is so futuristic looking! The edges are shiny silver and really makes the phone look modern. The 5G connection works great. The phone is very fast. I like having the 128GB. Much more storage than older iPhones I have had. Overall, the look, size and speed of the phone makes this the best iPhone yet!

5G makes a noticeable difference. I didn't need to upgrade from my iPhone X, but gave that to my daughter and bought this. Got the blue version, which is quite sharp. I didn't realize how much I'd like the squared versus round edges, but it makes a difference. Fast phone, and takes excellent quality pictures too.

Love this phone. Upgraded from iPhone 6S Plus and wanted the same size screen. This was a great choice. Larger screen, fast, pictures are much clearer, etc. No complaints on the life of the battery or heat. I am still learning and getting use to it since my last phone was a 6plus.....

Great upgrade so far. Fast, takes great pics, battery life is better than my 8 but not so sure it’s as long as apple claims. Wish it had the fingerprint reader since the Face ID doesn’t work with a mask on. Glad I can use my old chargers and headphones.

Got the Pro Max as it feels much more robust in my hand and not because of the camera system. Seems like that camera is why people choose this over the regular Pro version. It does take wonderful fantastic pictures, but it is very similar to the ones my friends have taken on their iPhone Pro. If it was the same size, I probably would have saved some money and gone with the regular Pro. As for 5G I don't download large files, but downloads tests go a bit quicker. However, I'm not seeing any real difference when streaming (no buffering as on LTE). One thing I do see is if you are at the edge of the 5G network, it'll try to hang on to the 5G connection and not switch over to a stronger LTE connection. For the most part, this won't be an issue. I give only 4 stars as it appears that Apple is starting to sit on their laurels. Lack of innovation. The went back to the same design as the iPhone 7 (especially the mini) but beefed up the hardware to keep up with 5G.

The phone was not available in the store and it was shipped to my house in a few days. Sim card installation was quick and easy. The phone comes with a sim card tray key in the box. Superb design and quality. Camera lenses are upgraded from other models and the battery life is great. I took a backup of my previous phone on my pc and was able to restore to the new device with no issues. Note that while a cable is included in the box, the power block is not. Seems odd not to get this for such an expensive phone so keep your old power block!

I've had 4 generations of iPhones over the years and this one is by far the best one yet. The camera takes incredible photos and video, the processor is scary-fast, and the charge lasts for 2 or 3 days, depending on your use. And, it looks great! With the new iOS 14, it has a slight learning curve if you haven't upgraded in a while, but that is totally outweighed by the new features and performance you get.

Amazing!! Life changer! Camera is unbelievable, and takes professional quality photos. Videos' are production quality. 5G coverage could not be better. Screen size is Maximum, perfect for videos. Highly Recommended!

I’ve had the iPhone X for 2 years decided to upgrade to the 12 pro max.bright clear display,better design and much faster.camera is great.took like a week to get used to it but will never go back to smaller phone.

Best iPhone yet in my opinion. On it all day for business; even 7 months later it’s still fast, efficient, and battery is decent. Unnecessarily priced lol, but wouldn’t hesitate to buy again.

Hands down am and always will be an apple/iPhone lover. This is my favorite phone as someone who is not very tech savvy. It is simple, great quality, easy to use and great features.
