iPhone 15 Pro came exactly as described. It was brand new in box and has worked great since I got it activated a few weeks ago. I had a pro max which was a great phone but just to big since I'm always on the move with my job. I need something that fit in my pockets. My son plays baseball so I'm always sending videos to family members since they live in another state and the camera is much much better than the older pro max I had. The phone actually arrived a few days before it was supposed to and has worked great. I would definitely buy from this company again. I put a lens protector on the phone but the only one the store had in stock was a different color.
