Poor Support and Defective Item

My iPhone 15 Pro Max came with a non functioning UCBC port and a screen that constantly lags/freezes. I reached out and they confirmed a refund amount less the tax I paid. I asked them to confirm the full amount in writing with the tax I paid or to offer a repair and they did not. Now the return period is up and I am stuck with this phone.

the phone arrived with scratches

When I got the phone I observed some scratches around the camera and around the corners, the phone was rated as “excellent”. Also the phone has 88% battery life and that was not mentioned in the description.
