Disappointed with the Condition of This Refurbished iPhone I recently purchased the Apple Refurbished “Excellent” iPhone 16 Pro Max A3084, Fully Unlocked, 256GB, Black Titanium from Best Buy. I never expected Best Buy to sell a product in this condition. The phone appears old, heavily used, and rugged, which does not match the description of “Refurbished Excellent.” The cosmetic condition is disappointing, and the device does not look like a product that should be classified as excellent. I expected much better quality control and inspection from Best Buy, especially for an expensive premium phone. The condition should have been clearly disclosed before the purchase. This experience has seriously reduced my confidence in buying refurbished products from Best Buy.

I bought this for $885 super good basically brand new only thing wrong with it was the action button on the left side everything else works perfectly

Product works as intended. Network store has resolved my issues. Their product is pristene and arrived in a timely manner. Would purchase from them again, if they provide the same response time.

It was in a sharp condition. So far it's working very good

Screen and back are flawless, no scratches, however the titanium frame suffers from scratches and paint chipping. Battery arrived with 96%.
