checked battery health & its in great condition, no damage to keys, no damage to screen. pretty much excellent condition as far as all surfaces/exterior & entire body/casing of the laptop. basically looks brand new. came WITH charger. thought i would need a laptop cover but nope. overall i’d give it an A++ condition. i was worried from reviews but its the best purchase ive made in a long time. as far as operating, ive been streaming & doing minor website edits and its working fine. will buy pre owned again from best buy. tip, when u recieve the laptop, if battery seems to die fast, switch out charger. this came with a crappy charger which was causing laptop to APPEAR it had a battery issue but when i bought a new charger its working perfectly & there is NOT an actual issue with the laptop battery. it was the charger. was shocked to even receive a charger with the laptop but i did. again i checked the laptop battery health in the laptop settings & its great. five stars other than the crappy charger that came with the laptop but thats an easy cheap fix.

Personally, I prefer all things Apple. Sometimes thats not an option due to pricing. When I saw this Model of a MacBook Air listed for $250 and hundreds of great reviews I thought it was too good to be true. I have never had any major issues with any refurbished Apple products and being refurbished if something was not working properly on it there was a warranty that covered that with no extra cost so I felt comfortable purchasing it. I knew I wasn’t taking a risk of losing money. I have had this item for about a year now and haven’t ran into any issues at all, it’s cosmetically pleasing, is fast, supports the latest iOS and has plenty of storage for me personally. I’m so glad I gave it a chance instead of saving up 3x that amount for the same exactly MacBook brand new. I love it. And love knowing there are so many great, inexpensive options other than buying ANY apple product from the an Apple Store. I am very happy with my purchase! :)

The MacBook wouldn’t stay charged unless plugged in and the R button immediately fell out however it’s been almost a year and for the price I’d buy it again. I only use it for work at home and the charging isn’t super inconvenient but is a hassle at times.

This laptop had been a game-changer for me. Has not given me any problems and has been working so well! I've had it for 5 years already and still works well. Taken all my online classes and about to take my bachelor classes with it.

The macbook air was really in great condition, zero scratches in the body, the battery was not new but can cover me at least 7 hours in school. It came with a charger (not original).

I bought this MacBook Air and was under the impression that I had 30 days to return it and they told me anyone who bought any electronics between November and December 31st had only 15 days to return or exchange! This laptop doesn’t even download apps because the software is outdated! It’s a useless laptop that I can’t use or return. What a scam

It’s not charging. The MacBook is not working for some reason it’s not charging. I even bought a new charger

Great laptop but i couldnt download what i wanted !

Laptop was in great physical shape. I could only find a tiny dent and one small scratch. After 6 months, it's a bit sluggish when surfing- windows take a while to open, delay in info upload to screen, etc. Otherwise, like new. Took off a star because Best Buy claims refurbished laptops are run thrugh multiple performance tests and claim that battery life should be a minimum of 80% of what a new battery provides, yet mine exhausts after 2 hours. New: 10-12 hours. Another thing to consider is that this older model's OS only updates to Monterrey (2021), so if you download a program or need to take an exam that requires a later version, good luck.

Love this laptop. Sleek, lightweight, sophisticated, and gets the job done. Would definitely recommended for students, professionals, and entertainment purposes.

I wanted to try a MacBook compared to windows laptops but was reluctant to spend $1000 to use since it mostly just for routine casual browsing and research. I’ve also got chromebooks and thic Mac works absolutely flawless for my use. Looks brand new also. Definitely recommend.
