absolutely terrible laptop. the first one i got started overheating and stopped charging as soon as i started it up. i returned it, when i got my replacement, this one now seems to be way worse.. its dying incredibly fast, still overheating with a loud fan noise, and hardly keeps a charge. the charger it came with sparks whenever i use it, and no it’s not my outlets because i’ve tried it on every outlet, tried a different charger and there’s no spark, but takes forever to charge, about 5-6 hours just to get to 20%.. it also came with stains all over the keypad and the screen is filthy with finger print marks all over.

It has overheated easily with a loud fan noise in my experience. In my experience, it overheats less on a desk. From what I’ve seen, the battery also depletes fast compared to other computers I’ve had, but it’s fine for what I need.

Laptop works great overall. The Touch Bar does not work on the right side.

Good product, looks very new, no scratch, very clean
