The camera is great, iOS is solid, the battery life was great the issue was that the phone could never transfer information over or to it. I kept getting the message failure to transfer via cord, WiFi, and cloud recovery. Apple couldn't solve the issue thus I had to return it back to BestBuy.

was hesitant to buy a used phone but it’s been working well for me, i brought it in december and haven’t had that many issues it does lag sometimes but after my phone updates it stops lagging

I really wanted to like this phone. While the quality of the sceeen and camera is great I kept having the same issue with this model. The top speaker constantly is going out and I have to deal with it or get a new speaker for it. The issue is just very annoying because phone calls become very distorted and like I’m under water. I have to always have my AirPods in to hear anything clearly

Happy with my new iPhone. Just like new when l received it. I needed an unlocked phone for my cell phone provider. Buying a pre owned phone was the best option.
