It's a solid, reliable phone. I bought it to use as a work phone while keeping my personal mobile as my primary device. I can easily text and make or receive calls without any issues. I haven't installed any games or resource-heavy applications. However, I have loaded it with Google Maps and other productivity tools. It performs well, allowing me to chat on MS Teams and check emails through MS Outlook without a hitch. I highly recommend this as a backup phone, or for anyone who primarily needs a device for basic messaging, email, and calls.

Phone works as it should. The phone I received did have a few scratches on the front screen but its barely noticeable. I would purchase another phone from Best Buy, no doubt.
