It's a solid, reliable phone. I bought it to use as a work phone while keeping my personal mobile as my primary device. I can easily text and make or receive calls without any issues. I haven't installed any games or resource-heavy applications. However, I have loaded it with Google Maps and other productivity tools. It performs well, allowing me to chat on MS Teams and check emails through MS Outlook without a hitch. I highly recommend this as a backup phone, or for anyone who primarily needs a device for basic messaging, email, and calls.

I love my new phone it functions an looks brand new.The color is very pretty.The phone is great quality while very much affordable. The phone also came on time an early in the day.

Phone works as it should. The phone I received did have a few scratches on the front screen but its barely noticeable. I would purchase another phone from Best Buy, no doubt.

This is a great phone runs smoothly didnt have any problems setting up and transferring my information but the battery capacity same at 76 so thr phone dies faster its an older phone so it makes since other then that great phone runs amazingly

This is my 2nd iphone 11 and both of them have had the same issue with the volumn. The only way to talk on the phone is on speaker or you cant hear anything. Even watching videos the volumn is very low
