I failed to check the quality listing when making my purchase. I noticed issues with sound when playing videos and making calls. When I took it up for a diagnostic I was told that it would cost between 400-500 to fix. With the cost of the phone alone and the repairs since it’s out of warranty, I’m better off buying a new unused phone. This is the first time I’ve had an issue with purchasing a used phone. Don’t buy them unless it states “Excellent” condition.
