So far, this phone is fully functional and as described. For a preowned phone it looks new and is in excellent shape. Glad we took a risk and purchased this from Best Buy. I trust bb and highly recommend!

It is always a risk to purchase an open box item. I took the chance to save some money and I am glad I did. There were a few dings on the phone casing, which is what was described in the open box listing. No big deal because I was always going to put it in a case. It worked perfectly just as if I was opening new for the first time. Best Buy does a great job with open box items. It's great to have a phone, iPad and laptop that now all work very similarly.

First time having an IPhone. I am still trying to get the hang of it haha. The phone works great.
