The phone it’s self looks great the phone works almost perfect but the charger port don’t want to charge the phone the battery life on the phones garbage and the speaker goes in and out none stop ….. the phone keeps going into some type of mode where it won’t let you do anything and you have to force reset it and it’s just a pain in the rear honestly

iPhone stopped working. I did update, and it froze up and completely stopped letting me use it. Touch screen is unresponsive.

I purchased a refurbished iPhone 14 via Best Buy online and it was a disaster: the screen kept freezing and I took it to Geek Squad, who did get it to work. It's still acting up & Geek Squad told me, even though I am a Total Tech member, that the next repair will be to replace the screen, which will cost me $300 because the iPhone is from a third-party vendor. I'll never again buy another refurbished phone!

I’m very happy with my purchase, the phone cane almost new . My 12 year old Granddaughter is happy with her phone
