The phone was described to be in excellent condition and refurbished, but it was neither. The phone had multiple scratches and chips on the front and back. The screen had more than 30 scratches. The phone powered on and then would power back off within 20 minutes. I returned it the same day because it was so terrible. The representative that accepted my return was also shocked at its condition.
