Was very nice ,my Girlfriend is always say thank you to me

The used iPhone 15 Pro Max still feels premium and powerful. It’s in great condition with 100% battery health. Performance is smooth, the camera quality is excellent, and it also came nicely packed, making the overall experience very satisfying.

Got this for my wife. Showed up in great condition, easy to transfer her sim and info over, and overall a great pick up

It is in excellent condition! I received the phone swiftly, and it was little no nothing damaged on the phone. Definitely will be getting my electronics from here.

I recently purchased the Pre-Owned Excellent iPhone 15 Pro Max (512GB, Black Titanium) from Best Buy after unexpectedly breaking my old phone — and wow, what a lifesaver! Not only did I get it unlocked and in flawless condition, but the savings were incredible. It felt like getting a brand-new premium phone at a fraction of the cost. Best Buy’s “Excellent” pre-owned rating truly lived up to the name — the phone looked and performed like it had never been used. The Apple Intelligence features are absolutely next-level, and the Pro Max’s speed, camera quality, and battery life have made everyday life and work so much smoother. I’m especially impressed by how well it handles multitasking and high-performance apps — it hasn’t skipped a beat. Big thanks to Best Buy for making such high-end tech accessible and stress-free. Between the unbeatable price, peace of mind, and incredible functionality, this phone has been a fabulous upgrade and total rescue when I needed it most. Highly recommend to anyone considering pre-owned — this was an A+ experience!

Everything is great about this phone, no damages I see that are visible, the size of the phone is perfect, the camera is also really great, definitely recommend! 10/10 for me!

The phone is working perfectly well Good camera quality

The camera is great, iOS is solid, the battery life was great the issue was that the phone could never transfer information over or to it. I kept getting the message failure to transfer via cord, WiFi, and cloud recovery. Apple couldn't solve the issue thus I had to return it back to BestBuy.

I bought this phone for my mom , best buy has the best deals in all of USA. On time shipping and best customer service ever.

was hesitant to buy a used phone but it’s been working well for me, i brought it in december and haven’t had that many issues it does lag sometimes but after my phone updates it stops lagging

Happy with my new iPhone. Just like new when l received it. I needed an unlocked phone for my cell phone provider. Buying a pre owned phone was the best option.

It’s a chill, different charge heat all the time, but it’s somehow better than my iPhone 16.

Love the phone! Easy to use. Battery life is great

I really wanted to like this phone. While the quality of the sceeen and camera is great I kept having the same issue with this model. The top speaker constantly is going out and I have to deal with it or get a new speaker for it. The issue is just very annoying because phone calls become very distorted and like I’m under water. I have to always have my AirPods in to hear anything clearly
