Customer Ratings & Reviews

Very happy with this purchase. The product arrived in perfect condition, well packaged, and exactly as described. No issues at all so far. Would definitely buy again.

Disappointed with the Condition of This Refurbished iPhone I recently purchased the Apple Refurbished “Excellent” iPhone 16 Pro Max A3084, Fully Unlocked, 256GB, Black Titanium from Best Buy. I never expected Best Buy to sell a product in this condition. The phone appears old, heavily used, and rugged, which does not match the description of “Refurbished Excellent.” The cosmetic condition is disappointing, and the device does not look like a product that should be classified as excellent. I expected much better quality control and inspection from Best Buy, especially for an expensive premium phone. The condition should have been clearly disclosed before the purchase. This experience has seriously reduced my confidence in buying refurbished products from Best Buy.

Refurbished iPhone arrived defective and didn’t work. Refund was issued, but quality is very disappointing. Not recommended.

The iPhone 16 Pro Max is an absolute powerhouse. It’s impressively large in my hand, offering a stunning display and tons of memory—perfect for all my apps and photos. The device is spotless—no scratches, no flaws, just pristine. I’m blown away by its clean design and top-tier performance.”

I bought this for $885 super good basically brand new only thing wrong with it was the action button on the left side everything else works perfectly

For the user who wants the absolute absolute best with zero compromises, the iPhone 16 Pro Max easily earns a perfect score. It represents the pinnacle of smartphone engineering, delivering unrivaled power, the longest battery endurance on the market, and a breathtaking cinema-grade display.

Product works as intended. Network store has resolved my issues. Their product is pristene and arrived in a timely manner. Would purchase from them again, if they provide the same response time.

Screen and back are flawless, no scratches, however the titanium frame suffers from scratches and paint chipping. Battery arrived with 96%.

Everything is perfect in this phone. I’m really satisfied with my purchase.

The phone appeared brand new no scratches. Setting the phone-up was easier than I assumed it would be. I would recommend a refurbished iPhone at Best Buy.
