This was supposed to be a birthday gift but all it is, is a gift from one of Dante's circles. The battery literally doesn't last more than an hour and then when you charge it, it gets hot enough to damage the city of Pompeii. The volume used to be super loud but then it just worked at like minimum capacity. I do like the sleek look I just wish it worked as smoothly. I genuinely can't use it because I could have it open for five minutes and the battery fails immediately. Or I could leave it fully charged, not use it for a couple of days, and then it refuses to turn on because somehow it drained. I keep it under my desk bc literally what else do I do with it what is essentially just a brick in my way. My older laptop, the one I stopped using to buy a new one because that one was not as well off too (guess what, I bought it from here) is probably better off than this one. (Unfortunately, the one I'm currently typing on btw) Which is crazy to say bc on the old one, the screen would just turn off whenever it wanted. So really, my advice to you is, get off this website and you're better off going back to work saving some more money and getting a brand new one from Apple. Cheers xxx

The product was overall fine, but there was an issue with the screen and the charger didn’t work, I was sent a new charger but the screen has only gotten worse
