ORDER FOR STORE PICK UP!!
My laptop was stolen from my porch and Best Buy did nothing about it. Best Buy’s data was breached years ago but clearly thieves still have access it because it was taken off of my front porch after maybe 30 minutes.we have never had any issues In our gated community with porch pirates ever! I found the empty box in my neighbors front porch but they moved out 3 weeks prior to this. Best Buy said they wouldn’t do anything about it. I am very upset with the process and the fact that Best Buy still hasn’t done anything about their data breach but offer no help to those affected by it. So, order for store pick up so you don’t get screwed by thieves and Best Buy.

Poor online order service and customer care suppor
Poor service. I ordered the 16gb ram macbook and got the 8gb version. Luckily i checked it in the store, but was offered no resolution other than returning it and having to look for another laptop 3 weeks before Christmas. Both store manager and phone customer service supervisor were rude and not helpful at all. Will not be doing business with bestbuy. Much rather buy from Amazon, where service ia much better.
