Best Buy reviews tend to do better when they include specific details about why you bought the product and how it performs in everyday use. Humans are funny like that. They claim to hate ads, then reward authenticity. Revolutionary concept. We bought the MacBook Air M4 for our college freshman, and it has been one of the best technology purchases we’ve made. The first thing you notice is the speed. Apps open instantly, multitasking is effortless, and it never feels sluggish, even with multiple browser tabs, Microsoft Office, and streaming running at the same time. The design is another standout. It’s incredibly lightweight, which makes it easy to carry across campus all day, and the display is bright, sharp, and vibrant. Everything from homework to videos looks fantastic. The value is what sealed the deal. For the performance, battery life, and build quality, the MacBook Air M4 is hard to beat, especially when it’s on sale. We’ve owned several Apple products over the years, and this laptop continues the same high standard of quality and reliability we’ve come to expect. If you’re shopping for a student or anyone who wants a fast, dependable laptop that should last for years, I highly recommend the MacBook Air M4.

The display battery life and build quality are all fantastic, this is my first time on Mac OS as well and it’s pretty but it’s definitely a little hard to get used to, I have to say though that the Mac for regular people doesn’t feel too worth it for me (as of yet), I’d recommend getting a neo if you’re super light on tasks like me, but I am gonna try to get into music production so this air should be way more helpful in the future!

Hi, I bought this on Cyber Monday deal, the MacBook was in good condition, but I must say that the charging accessories that came with it were not in great condition. The charging cable was ripped; it was not original/refurbished and looked aftermarket. I tried BB customer care, but they couldn't help with refurbished items unless returned or had a replacement available as a whole. Also, couldn't help with a partial coupon or credit to purchase a charger from Best Buy itself. I had to purchase a new one, which negated the price advantage of a normal refurbished. For an excellent buy, I feel it BB could have taken a little more care on the accessories too other wise, as a device, i recommend it.

I’m very happy with this MacBook Air. It’s fast, lightweight, and the battery life is amazing. The M4 chip runs smoothly for multitasking, browsing, work, and streaming. The Midnight color looks premium and elegant. Even though it’s refurbished, it arrived in excellent condition and works like new. Definitely worth the purchase and highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable laptop.

The MacBook we got was in perfect condition. Packaging was new, product was fully protected and looked completely brand new even though it was refurbished. The clarity on the screen is exceptional and the sound quality is also very good. Keyboard is good feel and the weight of the MacBook is reasonable. MacBook will be used by high school student carrying it daily so portability was important. Responsiveness/speed has been great and battery life’s is good so far. Charge speed is also very good.

If you’re debating on getting this DO IT! It’s sold BY Best Buy, my battery came 100% capacity and the charger was in great condition. Very minimal scratches on exterior.

I am having so many problems with this computer since day-one. I've on the phone with Apple Support. I have had chats with Best Buy support and visited the Geek Squad and still have problems. I think I need to get a new computer.

This was honestly one of the worst buying experiences I’ve had. I purchased a refurbished MacBook and the MagSafe charger didn’t even work from the start. I reached out to customer service and they were completely useless, just telling me to go to a store instead of actually helping. When I finally went to the store, they didn’t even try to fix the issue or offer a replacement charger—they just pushed a refund on me like that was the only option. So after waiting a long time for the laptop to arrive, I ended up wasting even more time returning it and waiting again to get my money back. Total disappointment and a complete waste of time.
