Customer Ratings & Reviews

The Apple Watch looks great and feels premium. It tracks fitness accurately, runs smoothly, and is easy to use daily. Battery life is decent, and overall performance is reliable. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Great for working out! It’s super easy to use and very comfortable. Has also helped me track my sleep and progress in the gym. Easy to use while driving and I need to take a call!

The Apple Watch shipping took about a week and arrived when promised. Package contained watch with band and charger. Battery was more than 60% charged. Condition of watch was excellent. No printed instructions included, but these were easily found online. Process of pairing watch with iPhone went smoothly. I would recommend this seller to friends.

I moved up from a series 3 watch to this one. This new one allows one to do so much. At a glance I know what phase the moon is in and whst time it will appear, the day and date, the time of sunrise/sunset, and percentage of battery remaining. Then there are all of the functions that the two buttons access. I love it!

Series 10 watch is perfect! Was between this and an 11 but 10 is perfect for what I need and tracks everything.

Always buy refurbished. Never had a problem and Best Buy backs it just like new. Just doesn’t come in original packaging.

Honestly i good change I have the 7 and now the 10 is perfect the size and is more acutely the metrics so is so recommended

I normally do not like to buy used tech, but this particular watch looked brand-new. Not a single scratch or sign of wear. Only thing was that it came with the sport band and not the sport loop as advertised.

The watch came in practically mint condition. I found 2 very thin scratches on the display but they're hardly noticeable unless you really look for them. The battery health was at 100% life which was surprising given the fact that the watch is 2 years old. Very happy with the purchase.

Appreciate the longer battery life for this gen model. For what I use this watch for, I've changed watch band and case. It's officially my work watch. Disregard the refurbished title, Buy...

I give this product 3 stars because I had to purchase this Apple Watch twice, not because I wanted 2 Apple Watches but because the first one came locked to the last owner. I was genuinely so irritated and upset that it came like that, I went to Best Buy the next day I got the first one and they were able to exchange it for a different one which I had to wait 1 more week for it. I never had any issues like this w Best Buy but I’m just glad they were able to help me. This would definitely make me think twice before buying a used device from Best Buy again. The new Apple Watch works great tho so I’m happy it all worked out.

Great design & good price for a slightly older, yet current Apple Watch. Love the metrics it provides & quite satisfied overall. Major drawback that all of the usual warranty were expired and have concerns the battery life is diminished… just something to be cognizant of.

Great value, the battery last s a long time and it has a large screen.

First time owning an Apple Watch and I am very satisfied. The wrist band is very comfortable and easy to put on.

Watch is great but I had to visit my nearby Best Buy twice to get it exchanged. 1. to exchange the watch face. 2. To get the correct band I ordered. Quite a hassle but the lady who helped me initially exchange the watch face, also came to my rescue with the band issue a couple of days later. I will probably most likely think twice about purchasing from Best Buy in the future.

Works perfectly fine the battery is a little used it was 94% when I received it but other than thay works good.

Great conditions using it since no complaints. I would recommend getting this if you don’t mind don’t have the original box

Excellent condition, 100% battery health. The staff was so nice as well. Loved the experience and the product!

Fantastic watch. Great battery. Terrific battery. Don’t make batteries like this anymore.

Perfect Christmas gift for my girl and she loved it
