Customer Ratings & Reviews

Very good battery life and overall functionality. Has sensor for monitoring blood oxygen and also provides notifications when heart rates rise.

Had it for over a month now and I love it. There's so many good features in regard to tracking your health. While the measurements for calories burned and steps taken may not be the most accurate, they are good for holding you accountable and giving you numbers to base goals off of. The display looks great. I wasn't sure if the 41mm would look as good because it was smaller but it looks and responds really well. I also really enjoy the sport loop because it allows me to adjust the tightness to my wrist size rather than having to fit into a pre-determined size like the silicone bands. I also wasn't sure if I would like the starlight finish, but the color is very light and classy. The battery lasts me all day running the always on display and it charges in 30-45 minutes from essentially being dead. The media controls are also really nice to have especially when I'm in the gym. Rather than having to pick up my phone in between sets, I can just change songs and even playlist from my watch in the spotify watch app. It's probably my favorite apple product out of the ones I own (iPhone 14 pro, Macbook pro 2020, Airpods pro gen 1) and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a smart watch, especially if they have other devices in the apple ecosystem.

Coming from the Series 8, I wasn’t expecting to notice a major difference — but wow, this Series 9 is next level. I use it every single day, and the performance boost plus longer battery life truly stands out. What I appreciate most is how seamlessly it tracks my BBT (huge plus for women’s health!) and how responsive the sensors are during workouts and sleep. I also love the versatility. I switch bands to match my outfit or mood, and it always looks nice. It’s not just a watch anymore, it’s part of my personal flow, helping me stay organized, healthy, and stylish all in one.

Best smart watch ever. Fast, reliable and loaded with features. I purchased this watch to help monitor my heart and I'm fully satisfied with the additional applications it provides. Great technology for making life more connected, healthy, and fun!

Love my new Apple Watch. The size of it, the color and all neat features it has

I recently upgraded to the Apple Watch Series 9 Midnight 41mm, and I must say it's been a game-changer for my overall well-being. Apple's commitment to environmental sustainability with a carbon-neutral design is a big plus. The advanced health features are truly impressive. Monitoring blood oxygen levels and taking ECGs on the go provide a sense of security. The sleep tracking feature offers detailed insights into sleep stages, helping me understand my rest patterns better. The temperature sensing and emotional well-being tracking add a holistic touch to overall health awareness. The battery life is absolutely insane! It lasts me all day. Very comfortable too. As a fitness partner, the Workout app offers a variety of training options with advanced metrics for a deeper understanding of my performance. The inclusion of three months of free Apple Fitness is a fantastic bonus, giving me access to diverse workouts. The sleek design and the comfort of the latest Sport Loop make it not just a health companion but a stylish accessory. The Apple Watch Series 9 truly goes beyond expectations, seamlessly integrating technology with personal wellness. Highly recommended!

I love this apple watch! the battery lasts all day and it has so many useful functions and customizations. i also love the size of it, i wanted one that wasn’t too big (like the 45mm) but also not too small (like the SE version)

I had thought for awhile about purchasing this watch and after trying one on Black Friday I was certain I had to have one!! Awesome service!! The watch keeps me up to date on my exercise goals- weather- heart health- and it’s beautiful and comfortable!! Very much recommend it !!

I purchased the watch at the recommendation of my doctor. It has a readout on a medical condition that I need to monitor. I can see it every time I check the time. Very nice. It has many faces I can customize from the watch app. I chose medular duo because it had the most things I could add like outdoor temperature, chance of rain and percentage of battery charge. If used with Apple Car Play you may want to turn off auto launch in settings. Otherwise if you have an audio app that is open on the phone that is all you will see on the watch. But it’s playing through the car infotainment system. I also turned off the color in the modular duo watch face on the phone watch app. That made it easier to see the readouts on the watch.

I absolutely love this watch! It’s does EVERYTHING! You will not regret buying this and you will not ever want for another watch! The band is so comfortable that I do t even realize I have a watch on!!! Just do it!

I recently purchased the Apple Watch Series 9 from Best Buy, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The sleek design, enhanced features, and seamless integration with my iPhone make it a standout wearable. The improved health and fitness tracking capabilities, including the new sleep tracking feature, have helped me stay on top of my wellness goals. The battery life is impressive, easily lasting me through a full day of use. The convenience of receiving notifications and making calls directly from my wrist is unmatched. Overall, the Apple Watch Series 9 is a fantastic investment for anyone looking to elevate their daily routine and stay connected on the go.

Love the Apple watch and have owned the Series 6, 8, and now this 9. I really didn't need to upgrade from my Series 8 which was working perfectly fine but I had to get the pink color which is just beautiful. It does limit what bands you can wear with it, but I mostly wear either neutrals or pink/blue bands which go well with the color. I have long Covid which has resulted in me having POTS and tachycardia issues, so the accuracy of its HR sensor has been very important to me.

I have been able to use the productivity tools of this watch and they are very good for like different types of neurodivergence. I absolutely love the fit and feel of the band, and can keep it on for hours at a time before it gets to be too much. But the ability to monitor health information in relation to progression and maintenance is lovely, and I have seen it be lifesaving.

I recently purchased a new tech gadget from Best Buy, and it has exceeded my expectations. The performance is outstanding, with a fast processor and smooth operation. The display is stunning, with bright colors and sharp resolution, perfect for streaming and gaming. Battery life is impressive, lasting a full day with heavy use. The build quality feels premium and durable. Overall, this product is a powerhouse that delivers in every aspect. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for top-tier technology.

Can’t live without my watch!!! I’m a MA and a phlebotomist! Helps keep me ON time and does everything I need it too!

Nice watch. Beautiful silver color with matching band. Liked the band color and watch combination and ease of fitting

Works just fine! And I love the new upgrade and finger pinch feature. Best buy delivered the product safe and soon. Thank you so much!!

You're getting exactly what you purchase. I got my Apple Watch to enroll. I'm at work. It never lets me down.

The fit of the band and size of the watch is perfect...one size up on the watch and it would seem too big, for me. I didn't want this to fit or feel bigger than just a basic watch. Set up and phone integration is super easy. The watch is a great counterpart to the iPhone, especially when you don't carry your phone around with you around your home...you're able to get most of the same notifications and do things like control music being played on an app like Spotify. Great buy! Highly recommended!
