Q: Does this Series 9 still have blood oxygen app availability and functional?
A: Daisy, be very carful of buying the Series 9 watch if you are looking for the Oxygen meter. Apple discontinued importing the Series 9 with the Oxygen meter active. The watch still says it is on there but you are unable to access it. I purchased a series 9 a few days after the embargo (mid January '24)from BestBuy. BestBuy was the only place I could still find the older stock of Series 9 with the Oxygen meter still usable. It says in the sales description that it is available on that particular watch. If it doesn't specifically say it has it, it probably doesn't. You better move fast before BB runs out of the older stock. Check their online sales if it isn't in your local store.
Q: what does carrier gps mean? I have verizon but when i click that its more expensive. why?
A: It is more expensive because Verizon is charging you monthly for the watch. When they break it down monthly there is a finance charge.

Didn’t know you needed it
For years I have avoided getting an Apple Watch. Many times I thought, “I don’t need that.” Let me tell you, I just didn’t know. This watch is much more than just a watch. Of course I knew Apple tech is typically ground breaking, but I didn’t know it would be my step accountability buddy, best morning alarm, communicator, and personal assistant on the go. It’s sweat proof and waterproof for all of my adventures. The charge seems to hold forever and it is so durable! I also love the magnetic charger. The Apple Watch starts my day with a gentle vibration to my wrist to get me moving. It from there starts counting my steps once my feet hit the floor. It lets me know when it’s time to stand after studying for hours on end. When I forget my phone on the way out the door to the grocery store, it works as my communicator (Cellular Service Model). I can text or call home to be sure I don’t forget anything on the grocery list. It plays my music through my AirPods Pro 2nd Gen(there’s a whole other review for those-hint: they’re life changing). When I cut the grass it allows me to not have to carry my phone to listen to my music. It tracks my swimming exercises while I’m cooling off. It is user friendly and there are tons more things that the Apple Watch does that I didn’t even touch on. There are lots of YouTube tutorials about how to dive into it. It is comfortable and there are so many face covers, bands, and accessories to match any occasion! They make it so easy to purchase and change your band easily. So, if you’re like me and think “I don’t need that.” Maybe think again about treating yourself one day soon!
