IPhone X is really a great iPhone. I heard lots of videos complaining about faceid and other things but still i went ahead and got 1 from best buy and i found this is best iphone i have ever used. No issue at all and loving it's speed and face id feature a lot.

First time getting a subscription based Apple care but it was a simple process. Automatically deducted from my credit card. Luckily no issues so far with my phone but great to have.

I was initially hesitant to take Apple care package for my wife's new phone (the iPhone X) as I was put off by the $199 cost for the 2 year protection package which I had to pay right away. However, as soon as I came to know there was a monthly option for $10 which gets the same coverage, I didn't hesitate to get it. Over time you would pay more ($40) but its a better choice for people who don't want to pay $200 on top of the cost of the phone ($1000 + tax) right away

The new iPhone X is ok there was a lot of hype about it just enough to talk me into it but it didn’t meet my 100 percent rating I would say maybe 80 percent because of the price and how small the phone is

This is a great service and product. I love how it conforms to the average sheep of our population.

If you’re willing to pay $1k for a dang iPhone, my thought process is to 1) get Apple care plan or 2) get insurance on the thing or 3) pay for a glass screen protector & a nice strong case. I pay this monthly for my wife’s iPhone X. Thankfully we haven’t needed to use the Best Buy insurance. However she lets our kids go in her iPhone X & I am glad knowing it’s protected in case of an accident. Not badly priced either.
