Maybe it’s not you it’s me

This was my first smart thermostat so I don’t really have a frame of reference for comparison but I ended up returning this product and opting for a Nest. Installation was fairly easy but I was not a fan of the UI not to mention it took a couple of days for the wireless connection between the app and the device to smooth out (kept getting error messages whenever I would try to control the device remotely). All in all my reason for returning this product has to do with how clunky the app is. It’s not very intuitive and I’ve had this product for two weeks and haven’t been able to play with all the features advertised simply because I haven’t been able to find them on the app.
