Curtain Call The Hits is the first greatest hits compilation album released by American rapper Eminem by Shady Records. It was released on December 6, 2005, under Dr. Dre's Aftermath Entertainment. The album collects Eminem's most popular songs, as well as four new tracks, including a live version of InchStanInch featuring Elton John from the 43rd Grammy Awards, plus new songs InchFackInch, InchWhen I'm GoneInch and InchShake ThatInch featuring Nate Dogg. The album was certified double-platinum in the US, triple-platinum in Australia and the UK, and quadruple-platinum in New Zealand. With vocals by the wildly entertaining David Lee Roth, the guitar masterwork of Eddie Van Halen and the irreplaceable rhythm section of drummer Alex Van Halen and bassist/backing vocalist Michael Anthony, Van Halen were one of the late '70s and early '80s greatest rock 'n' roll bands. Mastering engineer Chris Bellman, who remastered the original albums at Bernie Grundman Mastering Studios, was enlisted for this new version. It was released on September 20, 2015, by Young Money Entertainment, Cash Money Records, Epic Records, Republic Records, OVO Sound, and Freebandz. What a Time to Be Alive was supported by Drake and Future's previous collaboration on the single. As friends, they originally planned to record a mixtape together earlier in the year, however, the project never fully materialized. However, during recording sessions for InchWhere Ya AtInch, the duo began working on the project, beginning in July.
