A: If u have a best buy rewards account, or the card it was purchased with, head to customer service at your local best buy and they will process it as a return/exchange and switch them out. you give them the old screen protector and the give u a brand new one.
Q: This is listed as sold out. Will you be getting more or have you discontinued the item?
A: Probably never! I tried to replace mine in January and Best Buy told me since it was sold out I would have to wait till it was in stock. It’s the end of August now and Best But hasn’t had a single one in. They expect people to go over half a year without a screen protector.

Q: Will the glass break if fallen down?
A: So many factors involved in your question. Having dropped my phone a few times and thinking that it was definitely not going to be good but every time except the last one was no damage. The protective glass did it’s job by taking all of damage and saving an expensive replacement. Two things are needed. A case that can absorb the shock and doesn’t even have to be an expensive one. I won’t review a case here but also this screen protector. It is meant to not only prevent scratches but also absorb much of the shock and impact of a fall. It does not make your phone indestructible but can save you hundreds of dollars down the road.
