Got the item that I really wanted. Customer service was so good and online agent were very helpful.

I just bought this item lets than a month and now is doesn’t work it!! In the first moment when I use was good, but then the 5 time i was using did not turn on! (Never used ever day). Is incredible the poor warranty in this kind of items! Im so disappointed with this brand.

Doesnt come with any accessories for steaming. Very misleading

Delivered with a dent. When i opened the box i saw there was a big dent. Not satisfied with their delivery service.

It stopped working after the second use. Very disappointed .

It's a good one but i hope i got bigger than this. The problem is washing the inside esoecially the cover where in i really need to remove to clean. At first few cooking, the rice get spoiled quickly but later on based on my search, it need to boil water first to kill all the germs or bacteria. The stainless look is good. Maybe if i need a new one i will buy the simple one.

I love this rice cooker! It's cute and small enough considering my husband and I live alone in a small studio and have minimal space so this is perfect for us. easy to clean, cooks fairly quickly, and is a good buy.

In my household i always own Aroma rice cooker. Rice nicely cooked and taste good. Very easy to operate It last longer.

It’s the perfect size. It doesn’t take up a lot of space on the counter. It’s so easy to use, one button and all done. Cooks rice perfectly. Would recommend

Not same as 1 i replaced changes amout of rice for brown white no different settings for each

I bought this because I saw it on a cooking show which rated it as the best rice cooker. It’s so simple to use and one less thing that is cooking on the stove. I have been pleased with how well the rice cooks.
