Awesome comfortable chair for my home office. I seat approximately 1-2 hours a day and it feels soft enough and comfortable for my back and legs. Soft armrest tops (like secretlabs). Nice color without “gaming” symbols. Assembly was easiest, 15 minutes without guide. Only one wish - I would like to adjust lumbar support up and down as well. Worth the money I bought ($370)

The chair came unassembled , no surprise. It was very easy to assemble wit very clear easy to follow instructions. It was very well packed so condition was excellent. Almost everything is adjustable so it can be made to custom fit your unique body as well as mine! lol It is very solid and formidable so should last a long time. Now for the assessment, it is so comfortable it is difficult not to fall asleep in it! It does make long sessions on computering very doable! All in all this is a very good accessory to the computer room that is elegant enough to be in the living room as well!

I purchased this Jun 20th of 2020 on sale for 299 at Sam's Club. It was dropped shipped directly from Arozzi in California and arrived via Fed Ex to my front door in 5 days. I have an Arozzi Desk, and their customer service is EXCEPTIONAL, so I have been looking at their soft cloth options of chairs for awhile. I tried a Secret Labs Batman Edition Titan in 2019, and HATED it. It was even firmer than this chair, and made my back ache. Secret Labs feel premium in build and design, but man the comfort was NOT there for me. This chair is a very soft feeling cloth, that will avoid the pleather flaking that plagues every vinyl/fake leather chair eventually. The packing is a bit on the cheap end, the box came pretty banged up, Secret Lab has them beat in that aspect. Assembly was simple, although I assume to cost cut, the directions were from similar older models, and only OK. They don't specify what screws go where, so you have to figure it out. (I used Red Loctite screws on the base and under the arms, and Blue Loctite for the back). Assembly took about 20 minutes, and was pretty easy other than the arm mount covers, which are a bit snug. The quality of the chair seems good, and I have utmost faith in the warranty with Arozzi. Arms are a bit lower quality than Secret Labs, but they are 4D and a huge upgrade from my old favorite office chair. The recline and locking tilt work wonderfully, and the piston operates well. As of now, this is a 4/5 star chair. There are a few components that could be a bit more premium, and the packing is lacking, but if the regular price was $299, this would be a 5 star. Full price, it sits at 4. For reference, I am 5'11" and around 240 ( COVID weight :( ) and the chair fits me well at my current weight, and I am able to adjust to have my feet flat on the floor. I will update this review after a few weeks if I experience the same back pain I had with my Secret Labs. DO NOT purchase expecting a "plush chair". My last chair was a Serta Jennings, which has a very plush seat, but the pleather deteriorates after a few years, I was on my 2nd one. The firmer chairs are supposed to be better for your back and ergonomics, so I want to give this 3-4 weeks to evaluate. Overall currently happy with the purchase.

I use this for my home office as my desk chair and it keep me comfortable and has the ability to recline move up and down. the lumbar pillow is removable if you are not into that type of thing! it was easy to assemble in a few east steps

My son is a big gamer and his other chair was definitely worn down . He just moved into his first place and I surprised him with this new chair. He absolutely loves this chair. Just like any gaming chair you have to break it in which is never a issue lol Amazing quality !!

Bought this for my 8 year-old daughter and she loves it! The only gripe I really have is that it didn't come with a connector for the top pillow to attach to the chair but since the box was damaged I assume that it fell out. I won't dock points as a simple zip tie fixed it and she's in love with the chair. Very comfortable and easy to use!

Great chair. I can sit in this for 5-6 hours easily without getting sore. The adjustments are all silent as well like when you go to tilt the seat back or move armrests

Has held up well. No rips or tears and everything still works like it is suppose to and we have had it 8 months.
