Purchased for my son. He loves it. He had back issues with old chair. So far, no complaints with this one. We both found it comfortable. Good chair for the price point. If you need fancier one that reclines or has movable arms, this isn’t for you. This chair suits his needs while gaming and doing homework. He also put it together himself. Pretty straightforward and didn’t take long at all. Only downside is I catch him playing more video games instead of doing his homework. Lol. Overall, would recommend chair.

Bought as a birthday present for my son. Very comfortable and stylish. Looks more expensive than it is. Only downside is wheels don't lock. Makes Iracing difficult with the pedals. But overall good chair.

This is a great chair for you if you’re just getting started, it has a back cushion that is adjustable and it makes the chair that much more comfortable... this chair is much more comfortable than cheap office chair and is worth the price in terms of design and comfort. The style looks nice and makes a great First chair, I would 100% recommend this chair for getting started or on a budget.

I have a DxRacer and it was getting a little older and starting to squeak and get stuck so I invested in the Milano on a blind choice. I’m pleased to say that this chair has given me no problems and is quite supportive of my back and my gaming stance/style. For the price I advise you to get this chair over any others. I’m 6’0 and 165 LBS and the chair fits me perfect & game anywhere from 2-8 hours a day while also working at my desk.

Feels like a good sturdy gaming chair, unlike others I bought on Amazon. Easy enough for my 15yo to put together by himself. It's a little stiff compared to his last chair but it helps his posture where his sholders dont hurt at the end of the day. Also the deep seat is great for lower body support for his 6'2 hight.

We have had this chair for two years. We have been very impressed with the quality of the seat until just recently. In December, the bracket that connects the base of the seat to the hydraulic post completely separated from the seat at the weld. The only person who uses the seat regularly is my 10 year old son. Arozzi has a two year warranty on this product. We were just under the wire getting the claim filed with the company. They sent the replacement parts immediately and the chair has since been repaired. Overall the quality of the chair is good. I was far more impressed with the manufacturer's honoring of the warranty, literally days within it expiring. If you are on the fence about purchasing this chair, you can't go wrong. This is a great first chair for a new gamer.

Very comfortable, easy to assemble and great quality.

To be honest I wasn't acquainted with this brand of gaming chairs by Arozzi. But i was looking for a chair that's priced fairly and reasonably and wouldn't break bank so i stumbled upon this on the website and luckily enough it was on sale. Shipment took like over a week to reach my home and you have to do a bit of work to get the chair ready but it's not too difficult. The instructions could have been a little clear and I think some washers for the bolts are missing because I feel it wasn't enough since there are more bolts to washers ratio. But overall once I got the chair all set up, initial reaction to the chair was that its comfy and the lumbar pillow included was good for a person like myself with problematic back pains. This is definitely a good entry-level gaming chair that wouldn't bust your budget. As I'm writing this review, I have used the chair for two days now and it's really going great so far.

This chair was fairly priced. I sit in this chair and stream for hours. My favorite thing is the pillow on the back. It can be moved up and down for many types of support. It was easy to assemble. I thought that the base was going to be hard to sit on it seemed very firm. But I have no complaints.

Whether you buy this to game or as just a chair, it is amazing! Super comfortable (I struggle to leave it for just about anything) and the back support piece works great! It is really simple to assemble and is a rather good option that is very affordable. I absolutely love this chair!!

Purchased this chair for my Sons 13th birthday in October. I will be giving it to him soon. From the looks of the box it looks like a very nice chair. Looks large in size and comfortable. Hopefully no issues once I open it for him.

I bought this chair for my son, he likes it a lot , very comfortable too. installation was relatively easy except for one of the hands , I struggled a lot to put it in place , the quality and the price are very reasonable

The armrests are a little low for me (and you can't adjust them), but it is a very comfortable chair otherwise. Very good for the price, and easy assembly.

A little bit hard to set up because of misaligned screws and holes for the armrests, but after you fight with it over an hour, and finally get them where they’re supposed to go, it’s alright. I love the small cushion for the lower back. I used to have a lot of lower back pains when I was in my work office, but I could say that this chair is better than the one I had at work. I would definitely recommend it for folks that are working from home.

Not to hard to assemble. Very comfortable to sit on for gaming or viewing T.V.

Kind of difficult to assemble but once it is its super comfortable. The extra cushion does wonders for my lower back.
