This thing is as fast as a top of the line tablet but in computer form. First time with a chrome computer and will never go back to a normal computer. I watched a ton of movies and the battery lasted for days and days. I love the way it closes out pages completely when your done and it does not heat up with heavy use. I use this more than my phone now at home. No loading pages, no virus protection needed, and so easy to use!!!!!!

This item is Great for a beginners and is very easy to use and set up

Very easy to set up and use. Super fast!! Lightweight

I had high hopes for this chromebook, but multiple features just don't work, and it's pretty darn slow. Unfortunately, the box got tossed out before I realized it was defective, and Best Buy won't accept a return without a box, despite having a receipt! When I tried returning it, Geek Squad confirmed that keyboard wasn't mapped correctly so I have to use an external keyboard, it won't stay powered on without being plugged in to the wall, and the speakers don't work! But of course, according to them, there's no way to identify a laptop without the box it came in, so I'm stuck with a useless piece of trash (that THEY confirmed to be defective) and a $240 bill.

Computer is very fast compared to my other one. Sensitive. Sometimes will jump to another link.
