⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ A Laptop I Really Wanted to Love When I bought the Asus Vivobook 16, it honestly felt like the beginning of something new for me. I had plans — to learn, to grow, and to become more productive — and this laptop felt like the perfect companion for that journey. The first thing I loved was the 16-inch display. It’s spacious, clear, and makes everything feel easier, whether you’re working, learning, or just organizing your day. The design is also sleek and lightweight, which made it feel like I made the right choice from the start. And I truly wanted it to work. For the most part, it handled everyday tasks well. But along the way, I experienced occasional issues with the cursor and touchpad responsiveness. It didn’t happen all the time, but when it did, it interrupted my flow and made simple tasks take longer than they should. It wasn’t an easy decision, but I eventually returned it because I needed something fully reliable for my daily routine. That said, I still believe this laptop has so much potential. With its beautiful display, modern design, and overall value, it can be a great choice for many people — especially if those small usability issues are improved. Final thoughts: This is a laptop I truly wanted to love — and in many ways, I did. With a few refinements, it could easily become an exceptional everyday device.

Great computer and sales person. However when taking the new unit to The Villages Geek Squad for transfer of date from my trade in computer, the trade in value I was quoted by the sales person was refused. The Manager, Jose, said he could not accept the sales experts quote and I must accept $60 less. Because he said so. Very rude and discourteous person.
