Apparently Best Buy sells from third party now. It took over a month to get the item. It came in a box that did not match the item and was all besr uo and torn up, and when I tried to return it at best buy they would not let me return it. They said it didnt come from them it came from a thrid party. If I wanted to shop at a flea market I'd go to a flea market. After years of buying tvs, appliances, computers, phones, ipads, etc and at best buy this will be my last purchase there ever.
