Ordered 4 total-all had detents upon receiving.

Return one-the returned fridge had a detent as well. Didn't feel like having a continuing cycle of returns so just keep the 3 fridges with detents. Talked to someone from a BestBuy India and they were no help. Basically, BestBuy is a bad version of Amazon for products they don't support through their stores.
