Babe: Pig in the City [DVD] [Standard]

Watched it along time ago, and I still like to watch babe.

It's an odd movie. This first is strictly kids fare, this one (directed by Max Max creator and director George Miller) is surprisingly dark and introspective, as introspective as a talking pig movie can be. The visuals are oddly fascinating and it's extremely creative. It gets lost in the shuffle of being "just a kids movie". Give it a shot!

This is a surprisingly dark and poignant film that uses talking animals and a wacky city to tell its story. Things become less surprising when you realize this film is the brain child of George Miller, the creator/director of Mad Max. Even if this movie wasn't part of your childhood, give it a shot and you'll love it.

The original BABE was a cute, light comedy. This movie has a much more sinister tone to it. A good film but not quite as enjoyable as the first one.

I’ve loved this movie since I was little. It’s one of my mother’s favorite movies. She was pretty excited to see we had gotten it for her. Classic.
