Please try gently turning the left eyepiece a few times to see if it begins to move more freely. Be careful not to force it. If the adjustment still doesn't work after trying that, we recommend returning the binoculars for a replacement or refund.

Great starter binoculars
Easy to use, good clarity - wish they were lighter and had caps over lenses that hang from the binoculars when using so caps can't be lost. Overall good value.

Bought this to watch the hummingbirds fluttering around in my yard. Keeps me from scarring them off. Easy to adjust for my vision.
