Most companies don’t even care to send a charging cord with their product anymore. High quality materials and feels luxurious. Good product overall. Does feel plastic and not overly premium. Others have a cooling fan built in to aid in keeping temps cool. Great size to pack for a trip.

Am gving because have not used it yet, however am hoping it does better when traveling than the flat ones do. Just received a $10 gift card for BB so am going to try and return and repurchase since $99 is alot to pay for a charger.
