Great toaster. Has wide opening for bagels and a Bagel button. Make sure you use the button for Bagels and they come out perfectly toasted.

This toaster is great! It makes me toast perfectly and doesn't talk back either. If you want a toaster that just works and doesn't burn your strudels, get this one. Likes: Aesthetics, 4 slot toaster; plenty of heat settings Dislikes: Doesn't make coffee or eggs or bacon Oh by the way: The crumb trays at the bottom are easy to clean. You have one tray for each pair of slots under the toaster.

Nice toaster with wide slots for bagel slices or thick cut bread. Push down knobs look a bit flimsy and like they might break if you push them too hard...

We’ve enjoyed our purchase of this toaster so far. We’ve had a 2 slot toaster for probably over a decade at this point but with two kids and the two of us, a 2 slot toaster wasn’t cutting it. This pro series 4 slot from Bella has helped eliminate our breakfast issues. It feels very well made and sturdy with a nice premium look. The slider “darkness” settings are easy to adjust and have a nice positive “click” feedback for incremental changes. The large tabs for operating the machine are large enough to easily raise those hard to get pieces out. All of the buttons are backlight when selected so it’s easy to identify what settings are selected. In the photo to lights appear blue for some reason but they are definitely white. There is a gluten free option although I’ll admit no one in our home is gluten free so we’ll likely never use it. As I said earlier, were happy with our purchase and, at this price, it seems to be a premium product for a not so premium price.

Since I purchased this silver toaster, itbworks like a charm. The purchase is worth pirchasing, going for 1 year and still looks brand spanking new & performs superb.

It went on sale so I decided to purchase. It's very nice and as shown it is made for four slices of bread. It has buttons for gluten free and bagels although I haven't tried using them. For cleaning the bottom just easily slides off. I love it!

Toaster works well enough. Doesn't burn the toast and the temperature setting on the slider seem to be accurate ..or I should say.. were accurate. After owning the unit for two weeks, one of the plastic slider handles for the toaster busted off just by sliding it. I'm very gentle with my items, so I was very surprised when this broke so easily. Other than that...good toaster. Probably will buy a different brand next time though. It's a shame, because I had read good things about Bella products. You can see the missing slider handle on the left in this picture. I believe the toaster was used 5-6 times before this happened.

This toaster is incredible. It makes your toast pop out in less than one minute fully toasty.

For $29 it looks great but its really not that great. As others have mentioned, the toast settings are virtually useless past the #2 setting. In between each number there are two more "clicks". In the attached photo you can see what the results are using the slider on the front of the toaster. I really don't know why they have anything above the #2 unless you are going to use your toaster to cook steaks.
