Very good support. The item is hidden and there are less wires seem and also the installation didn’t take as long as I were thinking. Great job Mr Third party technical support Guy. I am so sorry that I forgot your name. Best Buy you are the quite essential.

I cannot complain about this item. So far it has been doing it job great holding both of my tv one in the room and the other one in my living room. Is easy to assemble.

Great TV Wall Mount
My adult son used the wall mount to install my 55” television. If the 2 strings are not dangling as instructed, it is very difficult to remove television. My son learned the hard way. He did not think it mattered and it took him forever to position the strings correctly, because he had originally positioned them behind the television. Works great when installed properly.

Great mount, easy to install, tv pops right on, no issues. You can’t change the angle or anything but we knew that going into it, so no problem there. I have had my 60 inch tv on it. It’s been up for two years no issues.

Perfect fit for my new 65" TV. Minimal installation, can be done with power tools, takes 2 people to mount the the TV and once it's in place it's completely safe and secure.

Just had my TV wall mounted with this brace. The technician commented it was the perfect size for my device. (It was chosen/recommended by a Best Buy service rep.) He had the box opened and the job done in 20 minutes. This speaks to the tech’s skills, but it was great to have a quality, sturdy product with a variety of mounting material to work with. I feel much safer for when the earthquake comes!

let me say. i first got one from ebay. so sad. did not work out. almost lost my tv to a crash to the floor. so now i got this wall mount from best buy. putting it up was so easy . loving it so much. i went all the way making a full upgrade.
