I got this Birdfy smart feeder recently, and it has been such a fun addition to my yard. It was easy to install and very easy to use, which I really appreciate. The 1080P HD video is clear, and the 60FPS slow-motion clips look great — you can really see the little details when birds land and eat. The app is simple to navigate, and the 7-day AI trial was fun to try for bird identification. Night vision works well too, and the blue color looks cute in the yard. A great choice if you want a hassle-free smart feeder for watching birds up close.

Overall, I am very happy with the Birdfy Rookie. The camera image has definitely improved compared to my older model feeder. The ability to do slow motion and edit the clips is a neat feature. There are many adjustments that can be made to the settings. It is very easy to remove the camera to recharge, big improvement. Easy to fill. Set up is a breeze. My only complaint so far is it would be nice if the camera could be adjusted a bit to it's right, because as I show in the last photo, sometimes birds are only partially visible. Also, as shown in photo next to a 12 oz can, it is not very large. This can be a positive or a negative. It will need refilling more, but there are probably more places it can be placed. Small complaint aside about the camera angle, I really like this feeder and I am looking forward to all the great footage it will provide!

Arrived in very nice packaging. This is my first time using a bird feeder and has exceeded all my expectations! It’s so quick and easy to set up!. Photos and video are amazing and clear! This is such a great feeder for both new and experienced birders!

I’m really impressed with this bird feeder so far. It’s call rookie so it is a great choice for beginners with basic functions - solid food tank, good quality camera. The overall design feels premium, and the connector is solid with no wiggling at all—definitely an improvement over another feeder I have. The camera performs well in both daytime and nighttime, giving clear and detailed footage. I also really enjoy the app; it’s intuitive, responsive, and has a nice community feel to it. I’m still deciding on the perfect spot for it in my backyard, but the setup and experience have been great so far.

This is the third product I have bought from Birdfy/Netvue and I love it! Easy set up, fun and educational. Love that you can watch birds as they eat from the feeder in real time.

This is an upgrade to our old feeder without camera. We really enjoyed watching birds closeup with the camera, without disturbing them while they are feeding. The connection to App did take time but not too difficult.

This feeder is very easy to set up. I have others from Birdfy and they were much more complicated. The only thing I don't like is the size. One blue jay stands on it and he looks like a giant. No room for other birds. I understand it's for "beginners" but beginners could enjoy a larger, normal sized feeder as well. The video quality is great. Nice clear close ups of the birds belly feathers. Apply the ease of use to a larger model and it will be great!

Compact size and it's easy to set up and move around. It comes with a changing cable. The camera provides great image and you can download an app to see the camera's view. It's a really fun gadget to have if you enjoy watching birds.

Really great starter smart bird feeder. I also have the solar powered one and this one is a more compact, easier to use version. Seems well made and easy to fill. My thoughts are that this is a great bird feeder for someone who is older and has time to fill the seed reservoir more frequently.

Got this Birdfy Rookie as an entry into smart bird feeders after seeing videos online. Been using it for about 2 weeks in my backyard and it's delivered surprisingly good results for an "entry-level" device.
