If you want a large area cold and don’t want a unit hanging out your window this ac will do the job. I have it upstairs and it is currently 92 degrees outside and it’s set for 68 and it has no problem keeping it there. Awesome machine and very reliable 2nd Black and Decker I’ve owned.

I’ve had different brands of AC’s and this brand is one of the best I’ve gotten. It cools super fast and it does the job.

We had the Black and Decker 12,000 BTU and liked it but this 14,000 BTU really has more cooling power. We like it alot

Started blowing hot air within a month in August. Was purchased in July. A whole month had not even gone by. Had it looked at by several friends/relatives for trouble shooting the issue. The few who tried to troubleshoot were electricians and handymen. In touch with the company now to see what my options are. Been getting very unlucky with my Best Buy purchases as of lately.
