Very nice phone
first phone got troble with keyboard and i will return it the second phone is very cool no problem with anything and i love it but first phone was in regular box but second was small and in paper not box and i don't like it. And still don't understend what was that

Wasn't a fan
When my Note 3 crashed, I needed a replacement. Having liked the blackberry in the past, I thought to give this one a chance. The phone was not for me.

Did not work with Verizon
I asked and was told this Blackberry would work with Verizon but it would not. I took it to the Verizon store and they could do nothing with it. So now it cost me to ship it back and I hope I get a complete refund. I was very disappointed!!
