Is the phone locked to Boost even when abroad where there's no Boost service? As there are 2 SIM slots, can I use another SIM of another carrier alongside Boost?

Answered by luislastJust to clarify: on this deal, you own the phone outright, BUT it is locked to Boost, and you have to pay monthly for the SERVICE, for one year, before you can unlock it and move to another carrier (should you choose).
How long do you have to be with Boost before you can get your phone unlocked and moved to another carrier (should you want to)? Also, could you use this phone with AT&T, as they are presently partners with Boost?
