I normally don’t endorse products so the fact that I am for this product speaks volumes for me. OMG! Best coffee maker on the planet by far! I drink coffee every single day and this one doesn’t disappoint. First, there is a learning curve; I did have to read through the instructions several times before I figured it out. Specifically trying to figure out the elevation level; I had to look up how high I am in the mountains so my coffee didn’t burn. Well worth taking time to educate myself! Why? Because the coffee it makes tastes nothing like what I’ve gotten from any other coffee maker I’ve owned. I love love love the drip stop! I’ve hated having a coffee maker that drips onto the heating plate and ends up rusting. The gold standard coffee is divine! Brews coffee that tastes incredibly fresh. I actually get excited every morning just to use this maker and drink that amazing coffee. One of the other amazing aspects of this coffee maker is everything comes apart and will go into the dishwasher! Also, you can go on the Braun website and get any cleaning supplies specifically for it! That makes me so happy! It is super quiet to use and has the smart technology of telling you when you need to clean it; no other maker does that. Well worth every penny!

I reviewed a ton of coffee makers for a couple of months. I have always used Cuisinart but the last couple seemed cheaper and I hated the way water had to be poured in. Braun was one of the only coffee makers who had a removable water reservoir!! Besides this wonderful feature it also offers a stop drip feature which I absolutely love. The feature for single cup is wonderful. I love the decision I made in buying this coffee maker!

This coffee machine by Braun is beyond amazing. It does everything you need from auto-drop machine especially brew one cup of coffee on the go. Every morning is a rush, so when I’m not using Nespresso, I love having quality of good regular coffee. I buy organic coffee and make myself 1 cup often - in this tumbler. Coffee is big deal to me. Coffee is HOT, great tasting and fast. Huge bonus is that I can program, take water reservoir to wash (huge deal), all pieces can be washed, you can stop drip on the rush, you can make hot water etc. It gives you proper measurements spoon. Only 1 big thing of bothersome is that coffee pot neck is so narrow that I cannot even put my tiny hand inside to clean it well. A long brush can fix that issue, but something to improve. Otherwise perfect!!! Keep eye on deals on this one. A must have.

I bought this because it was supposed to make great coffee, and it had a timer. Within a month it was saying the clean cycle needed to be run, with the descaler. After that, it kept giving me error codes. I called Braun customer service, and they said there was no fixing the error code, and they'd email me with info to return it. They never emailed. I googled how to fix the error, and you can blow into the water intake with a bubble tea straw and get the air bubbles out so the pressure sensor doesn't run the error. This works sometimes, but the error keeps coming back. This thing is way too expensive to be this frustrating, when I just want a cup of coffee. Don't buy.

Really nice features and makes a great tasting coffee! Only thing I would change is where the “clean” button is located. It’s too close to the power button and there isn’t a clear way to cancel it. Everything else is fantastic!

Stopped working after 9 months. Cleaned regularly per programmed notification. Problems first started with the led display and finally stopped making coffee.

Braun makes great coffee. I didn't think anything would top my Bunn but this does make better coffee.

Quality product. Drip stop make easy to use. Settings allows us to make one to six coffees in a brew.

It doesn’t heat up the coffee or the water. The hot plate doesn’t stay hot/warm in order to keep the coffee.

Trash. Didn’t work, straight out of the box. Don’t waste your time or money.

Upgraded to this one from a $130 traditional drip coffee maker. The coffee is it makes is really good and its stronger than it was when it was made on the one I had before. I love that it has the drip stop so coffee wont drip onto the keep warm element since that seems to always rust out on my past drip coffee makers.

Worked fine until revived error code 21 and couldn’t fix it- returned

Started smoking when plugged in. Filled my house full of smoke.

Love the option of being able to brew multiple sizes, including a single cup, without having multiple coffee makers.

I bought this coffee maker two years ago because of the features. I drink decaf but my husband doesn't so I liked being able to make my own cup in the morning. This coffee maker does make a great cup of coffee but there have been a few problems. After three months I noticed the digital clock was missing parts of it's numbers. It's gotten a bit worse since then so the clock isn't easily readable. After six months we noticed the drip stop doesn't always work. Sometimes it will continue to drip. We checked to make sure we have it correctly positioned but it still happens. Lastly, when using a paper filter instead of the included filter basket (we don't like sludge in our coffee left by the basket) the coffee sometimes drips sideways and misses our cup. We've come back to grab our coffee and found a puddle dripping off our counter. We've tried different filter brands and tried reseating the basket but nothing works. We've learned to not leave our coffee brewing unattended. I do enjoy the coffee but I'm just not sure how long this brewer will last.

Don’t waste your money on this hot garbage! Right out of the box I’m getting an E21 Error code which is caused by an air lock in the pump. Google this error and this machine and you’ll find it is notorious for the is error and you’ll find Braun’ “fix” for it. I spent an hour trying to “fix” this error. How a coffee maker can’t work right out of the box is beyond me. I can tell you this, if the piece of junk can’t work right out of the box, how long is it going to last if it did start work. DONT BUY THIS GARBAGE! Buy a product from a company that takes quality control and sell good products seriously. I can assure you this is the last time Braun will see any of my money!!

Definitely one of the BEST coffee makers out there!!! We are getting rave reviews on the taste of the coffee. So easy to use. What a great investment!!! We highly recommend this wonderful product.

Be aware, I have had the worst experience with Braun customer service. Coffee maker did not work right out of the box, it wouldn't suck any water out of the tank (Error 13). Looking online this seems to be a common issue with this model, so I called and got told I need a replacement. It has been about a month with each step having to be moved forward by myself making another phone call (Still not one being shipped yet). Also, with each time I was told I should have the tracking number emailed to me within 48hrs... still waiting on that.
