It is built on 18 AWG three-conductor copper with a flexible SJT jacket rated to 105C and carries 10A at 250V, matching the cord most C14-inlet equipment ships with. Fully molded connectors resist cracking where the cable meets the plug. Compatible with any device using a standard IEC 60320 C14 power inlet and any C13 outlet on a PDU, UPS or surge protector; six jacket colors let you tag A-side and B-side feeds on sight. Add Reach Without Rewiring - C14 Male to C13 Female
Drop this power cord extension between the outlet strip and the gear instead of pulling a whole new run. The C14 male end goes into a spare C13 outlet on a PDU, UPS or surge strip; the C13 female end goes onto the equipment inlet. Lengths from 1 to 25 ft cover the short hop between adjacent rack units and the long reach to a desk or wall strip, and it works as a power cord extender or a replacement when the original is lost or damaged.

Undersized cordage runs hot and drops voltage under load. This power extension cable uses three 18 AWG copper conductors inside a flexible SJT thermoplastic jacket rated to 105C, carrying 10A at 250V - the same rating supplied with most C14-inlet equipment, so it swaps in without derating the circuit. UL Listed. Meets RoHS and REACH material requirements.
