The dishwasher is well designed and great looking. This model has a couple features that made it stand out for us, specifically the chopping blades for debris, bottle jets and energy star label. Reason for 4 instead of 5 stars- installation manual and directions are poorly written and difficult to read and navigate. The unit makes beeps and tones randomly 24/7. It’s actually quietest while running a cycle

My new Cafe dishwasher It is absolutely stunning in appearance And is super easy to use. This unit is super quiet also. I would suggest you have the geek squad do the insulation only because it took me a couple days to get it in. But once I dial that in those perfect

We just moved into our brand new home and we chose the Cafe line of appliances. This 24" Control Tall Tub Built-In Dishwasher is a terrific dishwasher. It's beautiful and does exactly what you need a dishwasher to do and that's clean your dishes. It does it so quietly while doing its thing. Our kitchen and family room are one large open space. The dishwasher is literally less than 20 feet from where we spend time watching TV and while it's on, you simply cannot hear it running. You literally have to put your ear up to it to make sure it's on. It holds a lot of pots, pans, dishes and glassware and everything comes out sparkling clean. I have only two minor nits. One, is the touch controls are very sensitive and it's easy to accidentally turn on the controls. And Cafe should have used a stainless finish which is less susceptible to finger prints. Otherwise, this a terrific dishwasher and is a great addition to the other Cafe appliances in our new home.

Recently purchased this dishwasher to complete kitchen renovation and I can't say enough about it. Product is super quiet, spacious and gets my dishes clean.

You will not be disappointed with the GE cafe dishwasher! There are multiple settings including an auto setting so no matter what is loaded it adjusts to the your cleaning needs. Beautiful design with a touch of copper on the handle to complement modern decor. Price at Bedt Buy was very reasonable. Total tech installed and removed my old Frigidaire model. They were early and done quickly. Very happy with their services!!

This dishwasher is pretty nice. I love how it has a third rack/drawer at the top to ensure small things (like chopsticks or skewers) don't fall to the bottom of the drum and burn on the heating coil. I also love how there's 4 bottle cleaning rungs on the top rack so you no longer have to hand-wash those. Finally, I enjoy having the controls at the top of the dishwasher. So once you close the door, they're out of sight. That way you won't accidentally press another button mid-cycle.

Due to the “supply chain” problems of 2021, no one had any GE Cafe dishwashers, but Best Buy did. The purchase was for the bottom tier GE Cafe DW model and it was not the exact model I wanted. I thought it would be OK since it would at least visually match my other new appliances I had ordered at various places. I have not been disappointed with the purchase so far. It is working way better than I had expected. The delivery was quick and install was great. Thank you Best Buy!

Very versatile and super quite. I'm really impressed by this dishwasher. It gives you the options to adjust the top rack to fit larger/smaller items, has water bottle jets, third rack and "Express" mode to do a quick rinse in 16 minutes. It is super quite, has stainless steel tub, easy to clean filter and removable cutlery box. Highly recommended

This is a great looking dishwasher with excellent features.

It broke after 1.5 years. Water started splashing from the back of it. It never really washed the dishes good.

Looks great - matches other appliances. Maybe paying for some accessories and electronics I'll never use but some - like that third pull-out tray on top - really come in handy. But most importantly - runs full-cycle and really gets dishes clean - and quietly, too!

Bast durn dishwasher I have EVER purchased! So quiet! Cleans perfectly. Adds beautiful to my remodeled kitchen. So beautiful. As for the folks at Best Buy, would not shop anywhere else. Their knowledge of there appliances is awesome. No pushy sales man, just ease of all questions answered and explanations of cycles and products features.

The dishwasher has been running great, however we did have to have the entire unit replaced after the first unit's door would not close correctly. This was either a manufacturing issue or an installation issue, either way since the reinstall, there has not been any any issues. Only reason i did not give a 5 stat rating.

This Dishwasher is excellent! Quiet, cleans well and holds a lot! Love the 3rd rack!

We decided on the Cafe line which we thought were top of the line GE appliances but unfortunately what we got was poor attention to quality control and an average appliance. When we unboxed the dishwasher, and opened it to locate the instructions, we found it on the inside. When it was manufactured, they paid very little attention to keeping things clean. There was debris, dirt and water spots all on the inside The instruction booklet also looked like it was rained on. It was disappointing that I had to buy a power cord for the dishwasher. For the price, it should have been included. The dishwasher functions fairly well. Possibly a bit better than the Maytag it replaced, but it should for the price. Cafe line is expensive and all you really get is an average appliance with a fancy copper Cafe badge on the handle.

So quiet we don't even hear It. Does a great job of cleaning? We love the top rack and the silverware basket.

After upgrading our Range and Microwave I decided to purchase the matching dishwasher as well. I have no idea how old the previous dishwasher was but this is a VERY nice change of pace. TONS of room, super quite, and it looks good...for a dishwasher. We had no idea how long the previous dishwasher took to complete a cleaning cycle but with the count down timer that displays on the top of the door we were a little shocked at 3+ hours. However, we usually set a delayed start and let it run at night so no one is actually watching the clock. I also like the fingerprint resistant finish...very handy with six year old and 42 year old sticky fingers in the kitchen. My only complaint is I still have to actually get family members to put dishes in rather than leaving that up to Dad.

Beautiful stainless steel dishwasher inside and out. Works very well, quiet, and efficient.
