Call coverage is critical for administrative assistants and others who must monitor and manage the status of calls. It requires the ability to instantly determine the status of numerous lines beyond those of the Cisco IP Phone 8851, 8851NR, and 8861 models.
3.5" TFT Color Display with Real-Time Line Status
The 3.5-inch graphical TFT color display provides 16-bit color depth and 320 x 480 pixel resolution with backlight. Illuminated buttons show live call state: dark = available, steady green = in use, steady red = shared-line in use, amber flashing = ringing. Display brightness is adjustable from the host phone settings menu.
For 8851 & 8861 Only — Not Compatible with 8865
Designed exclusively for Cisco IP Phone 8851, 8851NR, and 8861 audio models. Not compatible with the Cisco IP Phone 8865 video phone. Requires Cisco IP Phone 8800 firmware 12.0.1.11 or later and Cisco Unified Communications Manager 10.5(2) or later. Also supports Cisco Unified SRST 11.0 with IOS Software Release 15.3(3)M and later.
No External Power Supply Required
The module receives 48 VDC power directly from the connected Cisco IP phone — no separate power adapter needed. Automatically enters sleep or inactivity mode in sync with the host phone to reduce energy consumption. Pressing any KEM button instantly wakes the display.
Side-by-Side Installation with Adjustable Stand
Connects directly to the base phone in a traditional side-by-side configuration. Includes a foot stand and all necessary mounting hardware. The display articulates to match the tilt angle of the attached Cisco IP Phone 8851 or 8861, maintaining a unified, ergonomic desktop profile. Compact profile: 9.02 x 4.45 x 1.58 in., 1 lb.
