I purchased this chair in September of 2025, just now having an issue but part is being replaced at no cost to me under the one year warranty!!!

Daughter loves it!
This chair is very comfortable. I got it for my daughter, but I might get one myself in the future. Feels very sturdy, and I feel good in it at 360 lbs. My daughter was so excited when I showed her the footrest, and she could sit cross-legged in it.
