Im a firm believer in you get what you pay for. I took a chance on this as a gift for my younget daughter. The vanity arrived after over a week which was no big deal initially. The mirror came with a scratch on it which didnt hinder functionality, but was noticeable. The seller sends a card in the package saying that if anything is damaged for any reason, they will replace things for free. Okay cool. I contacted the email address on the card and someone got back to me fairly quickly. After a few emails, including pictures of the vanity and the scratch on the mirror, they shipped out a replacement. After 10 days and no response or tracking number for the replacement mirtor, I reached out again and was given the info for the tracking. Another week goes by and i finally get the mirror. Open it up, its a different color than the vanity. I again reach back out and the seller apologized, and assured me another replacement would be shipped out. I was provided a tracking number, and after 10 days and no updates on the tracking, i reached back out yet again and was told the package was most likely lost. Sigh… I was advised another mirror would be sent out. Now we are getting into the holiday season and was told that due to high demand, the next mirror would take 4-8 weeks to arrive. Totally unacceptable. I also emailed the seller directly after this, based on info from Best Buy. Zero response. After 47 days, I finally have a new mirror. Just leaving this here as an honest review. Maybe others will have a better experience. Ill be staying away from this seller as customer service does not seem to be their strong suit. I will say though, that the reps i was emailing with were pleasant.
