Excellent purchase! This is my first big purchase on a gaming pc and I am not disappointed. No lag time on graphics when playing games that I usually would have some lag on. The refresh rate is amazing. The remote control and customizable lights are a nice touch to an already great pc. Comes with mouse and keyboard that light up. Would purchase again.

This computer loads games and programs super fast. Easy set up, graphics are crisp and clear. So glad I broke down and bought it! Its awesome!!!

Well packaged/protected for shipment, easy setup, great features. Has performed perfectly so far (Black Ops 7 wants adjustment to BiOS to run). Love it! Took a chance with CLX and very happy I did. Would recommend!

I rarely write reviews, but this system genuinely exceeded my expectations in every category. The CLX SET Gaming Desktop is not just a gaming PC — it’s a full-on workstation disguised as one. From the moment I powered it on, everything felt fast, responsive, and premium. Performance is where this machine truly shines. The Intel Core i9-14900KF handles everything I throw at it effortlessly, from heavy multitasking to CPU-intensive workloads. Paired with 64GB of DDR5 memory, I can run multiple applications, virtual environments, and large datasets simultaneously without any slowdown. The graphics performance from the PNY GeForce RTX 5070 is equally impressive. Whether gaming, rendering, or working with GPU-accelerated tasks, everything runs smoothly and consistently. Frame rates are stable, visuals are crisp, and there is plenty of headroom for demanding workloads. Storage is another huge win. The 2TB NVMe SSD makes boot times and application launches nearly instant, while the additional 6TB HDD provides more than enough space for long-term storage, projects, and media. What really impressed me is the overall build quality and upgrade potential. The system is clean, well-assembled, and clearly designed with airflow and performance in mind. After a quick BIOS adjustment to optimize fan behavior, thermals are excellent even under sustained load. This is by far the most advance and capable computer I have ever had. It is super-fast and can easily run everything. I was a little surprised by the size of the case. It's a good bit bigger than my previous desktop, but it wasn't difficult to accommodate. I love the full spectrum of colors from the LED lights. The only negative thing I have is the noise. It's pretty loud when all the fans are running. It does get a little bit quieter when the fans aren't going full speed. I would definitely buy this computer and would recommend it to other.

Picked this up before Christmas when the price was a bit lower. This thing is an insane value. The specs are outrageous for the price. 5070, 64gb + storage you'll never fill. Serious power. Plays absolutely everything I throw at it, at full settings. Love the customizable LED's. Very high quality tower and superb build quality. Snag one before the RAM and GPU prices hike this thing up further.

This PC from CLX is an absolute beast of a unit well worth every penny! It just came out at the beginning of this year, so with that being said every part from the PSU, CPU and GPU are current so it will blow any rig that you are currently running out of the water. By the time I even think about clicking anything, it's already there because of how fast the base clock speed is(I have not tried overclocking it yet). I'm an ex-Esports competitor for FPS titles such as Halo and Call of Duty so I needed a rig that was solely based on performance after purchasing my first gaming PC (HP Omen 25L) back in the Covid era in 2019. I also run a gaming community with 100 of my closest friends in which we livestream and produce multi-layered gaming media for a wide variety of titles. This was the upgrade I was looking for after being in the market for two years. The turnaround on receiving my merchandise was about the normal 1-2 weeks. All in all, great product, good turn around time, protected by Geek Squad; absolutely 100% satisfied. If I would have dropped some off the top of the budget, I would not have been able to put together my next rig with the same parts as this PC.

Overall, everything has been good so far. I haven’t been able to use it at its full capacity yet, but the performance has been smooth and reliable. The interface feels simpler compared to what I’m used to—clean and easy to navigate—though it looks a bit basic at the moment. So far, everything works well and meets my expectations. I’m satisfied with the purchase and looking forward to using it more extensively.

I mainly got this PC for video editing and music, with occasional gaming. This PC is a BEAST for my needs and handles modern games like BF6 effortlessly, as it should for the price. I am amazed at how quiet it is considering it has 9 fans and 3 more on the GPU. A real beauty to look at too with the LEDs in action. This is the first time I have had a PC with 64gb of RAM and it's performance is just stunning when having multiple demanding applications open such as Pro Tools, Vegas Video, Photoshop, etc ... all while running UHD streaming video on my second monitor, etc. This PC is is worth every penny.

One beautiful machine with breathtaking performance! Believe it or not, I am not a gamer. I bought the machine for high-performance scientific computing on my research project. The bells and whistles just make all the more fun! This is my second CLX SET. The first one continues to serve me faithfully.

Works great. I have had a memory sisue however and needed to clear it, but as long as I continue to clean up my temp files - it does the job running Dev kits and so on.

For what you get for the money, this thing is a Monster! Quite impressive. Very easy to set up and intuitive. I married this with an LG OLED curved monitor along with two other older monitors. I have six feet (horizontal) of display. Amazing!

Going to share a lesson I've learned the hard way here. CLX, and other "Best Buy Marketplace vendors" are not covered by your Best Buy Total Protection Membership. Take notes of the dates provided, this leads me to my current predicament. I received this PC on the 1st of July. After setting up the PC we discovered that the RGB controls for the case fans were not working. Maybe not the biggest deal to most people, but to be spending almost $3,000 on a prebuilt... one, you should expect the build to be absolutely flawless, and two, bright strobing rainbow LEDs are just not my thing. After doing a bit of my own troubleshooting, pulling apart the PC, tracing all the connections, ensuring all connections were made and even installing motherboard BIOS software (ASRock, Polychrome RGB), I finally conceded to having the Geek Squad take a look themselves. I reached out to Best Buy's support on the 13th and the earliest available appt time was the 16th so it was scheduled for then. Upon taking the PC in, Geek Squad confirmed RGB controls were not functioning and RECOMMENDED that I return the product as being defective. Now here is the critical part, where having the Best Buy Total Protection comes in. I've been unable to process a return for this PC now for the past two weeks, constantly bouncing between Best Buy and CLX. Best Buy only covers processing returns out to a period of 14 days from when product is delivered. The associates, and store leaders that I spoke with at my local Best Buy assured me that I would be able to process a return, despite being outside the 14 day window, as the product was classified as defective by Geek Squad, so being told this I actually opted to buy a different prebuilt PC they had in store, that was actually covered by my Best Buy Total Protection. CLX, per their own return policy, offer a 30 day return window, but ONLY if bought direct from their own web page. So... since I am outside the 14-day return window through Best Buy, and since CLX's return policy is deferred to Best Buy's policy. I was eventually passed along to Best Buy's online support channel, where despite everything that was told to me from the associates in store, I am in fact, not able to return this PC. TLDR, if you want to have Best Buy Total Protection on whatever PC you decide to purchase, do not buy this PC, any PC from CLX, or any other prebuilt assembler. I would strongly recommend, if possible, going into a physical Best Buy location, working with an associate, and choosing a PC that Best Buy will cover. Even if they don't have the specs you are looking for in stock, they can always order in and arrange for it to be delivered.
