That'll Get It, Southern Bred Texas R&B Rockers (Koko Mojo KMCD046) takes us deeper into Texas sand and collects a plethora of Rhythm & Blues artists born in the big 't 'State. The concept of these albums allows to source a variety of wide-ranging choice of music chosen by the theme of birth, which makes the aural sound of the album different to that of a tag-based collection. Sitting comfortably side by side are Country Blues Shufflers, Rhythm & Blues and Rock 'N' Roll music. The mixed variety of artists include the famous; Joe Tex and His X Classmate, hit maker Bobby Day, saxophone master's Jesse Powell and Joe Houston (here with a vocal recording). Piano boogie is heard from Floyd Dixon, Katie Webster, Camille Howard and Mercy Dee Walton. Variety of style is heard from Lightnin' Hopkins and Harmonica Slim from their stomping Blues sounds.
